Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PakMachineHub (“the Platform”). By creating an account, posting a listing, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

PakMachineHub is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of industrial machines in Pakistan. We provide the platform for listings and communication only — we are not a party to any transaction between users and do not buy, sell, or inspect machines ourselves.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any listing you post, including descriptions, photos, prices, and machine condition.

Listings are submitted for review and may be approved, edited, or rejected at our discretion. We may remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

You must not post prohibited, counterfeit, stolen, or misrepresented items, or content that is misleading, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.

All negotiations, payments, inspections, and deliveries are arranged directly between buyers and sellers. PakMachineHub is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of machines listed, the truth of listings, or the ability of users to complete a transaction.

We strongly recommend inspecting machines in person and verifying ownership before making any payment.

Posting basic listings may be free. Certain features — such as dealer plans, featured placements, and promotional banners — are paid services. Applicable fees, billing terms, and limits are shown at the point of purchase.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by posting fraudulent listings, harassing other users, scraping data, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or interfering with the operation of the Platform.

The Platform, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by PakMachineHub and protected by law. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and promote that content on the Platform.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PakMachineHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction between users.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
