What you are choosing between is sheet thickness, material and how intricate the pattern is. A 2mm mild-steel sheet in a simple geometric pattern is the economical option for interior windows. Street-facing windows usually go to 3mm or 4mm, and coastal cities like Karachi are better served by stainless steel, which will not bleed rust down the wall after two monsoons.
Grills are priced per square foot, and the rate moves with sheet thickness and pattern complexity: a dense, intricate design takes longer to cut and wastes more sheet than an open geometric one.

How much does a CNC grill cost per square foot in Pakistan?
It is quoted per square foot and depends on sheet thickness (usually 2mm to 5mm), material, and how intricate the pattern is. Steel prices move, so ask two or three local fabricators for a current rate before budgeting, and be sure you are comparing the same thickness.
Which is better for window grills, 2mm or 3mm sheet?
2mm is fine for interior and upper-floor windows. For ground-floor and street-facing windows, 3mm or 4mm gives meaningfully better security and will not flex. The price difference is roughly proportional to the extra material.
Does the price include fitting and paint?
Usually not. Cutting, finishing (primer and paint or powder coating) and installation are often quoted separately. Always confirm which of the three a quote covers before comparing it with another.
Can I get a custom design cut?
Yes. Any vector design can be cut. Send the fabricator a photo or sketch along with your measurements; they will convert it to a cutting file. Very fine detail costs more because it slows the cut.
